The beef used in our steak pies is locally sourced, traditionally dry aged for maximum flavour and slowly braised to capture all its natural flavours and succulents. We then combine the steak’s natural flavour with a rich thick gravy. Next, every steak pie is carefully hand filled into a hot water pastry case, to ensure an even distribution of meat and thick gravy. Each variant of steak pie has been carefully developed to complement others.
